Physicians you can count on

Dr. Hiranandani is the Associate Medical Director for the On Lok PACE Peralta Center. She is board-certified in family medicine.  

Dr. Hiranandani has over 10 years of experience in clinical care, medical education, and healthcare leadership. Before joining On Lok, she served at BACH, a nonprofit focused on integrated, community-based care for underserved populations. She was previously a clinic director at McLaren, an associate professor at Michigan State University, and a physician leader at Kaiser Permanente.  

Dr. Hiranandani is excited to be part of On Lok, as it aligns perfectly with her passion for providing compassionate, team-based, and holistic care to older adults. She values the organization’s strong sense of mission, collaborative culture, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors every day. 

Dr. Hiranandani earned her medical degree and doctoral degree from Ohio State University.  

Outside of work, Dr. Hiranandani enjoys spending time outdoors, playing board games, and cooking meals to share with family and friends.
