On Lok's 30th Street Senior Services provides a spectrum of care for seniors in the Mission, Noe Valley, Diamond Heights, Glen Park and St. Mary's Park neighborhoods of San Francisco. Services offered by 30^th Street Senior Services include:

• Senior Center- offers a wide-range of activities for seniors, such as recreational activities, art classes, adult education, recreation, exercise, field trips and health education.  For a list of activities and services offered at the center click here.
• Nutrition Program- 30th Street's Nutrition Program provides hot, nutritious midday meals at six sites throughout San Francisco, including 30th Street Senior Center, Bernal Heights Senior Center, Betty Garvey/Diamond Senior Center, Stonestown YMCA Senior Center, St. Mary's ADHC, and San Francisco Adult Day Support Program, six days per week. Home delivered meals, including therapeutic meals for people requiring special diets, are also provided to home-bound seniors.
• Bilingual Case Management- the Bilingual Case Management service coordinates and facilitates access to a variety of services for seniors who need assistance in organizing and managing their care.
