Advancing the state of sustainable long term care for seniors is the main objective of On Lok's 2009 Annual Conference. We will address the policy, cultural and technological barriers to effective and accessible care. By encouraging the exchange of creatives ideas and new technologies across disciplines that do not normally interact or intersect, such as cultural competence and technology, we create a catalyst for new solutions to the growing demands of elder care.
Supported by the California HealthCare Foundation, based in Oakland, California.
