On Lok’s housing program developed because of the poor housing options of many seniors in the Chinatown-North Beach community, where few affordable apartments have elevators or accessible bathrooms. On Lok provides housing for the elderly in three buildings, all located in the Northeast section of San Francisco:

Senior residents who are enrolled as members of On Lok Lifeways services, the health plan operated by On Lok Lifeways, receive services in the adult day health centers and clinics co-located in these buildings.
